Learning Content

This interactive learning module was part of a series developed for Leadership Development training. It was so well received, the company decided to offer the content to all employees. This was developed in Articulate Rise and offers video and interactive content. 

This Strategy Snapshot online offers pop-up animated videos that explain each component of the overall corporate strategy. The center graphic is also downloadable as a PDF so employees can link their roles to corporate strategies in the editable bottom portion of the page.

This module was designed specifically for leaders to get them to think differently about how they communicate complex topics related to business strategy to their teams. The content includes text, graphics, some interactivity, and a short video to introduce the concept of "flipping the presentation" as an alternative to standard PowerPoint presentations.

Feedback from the target audience for this content overwhelmingly indicated they like the knowledge checks included throughout. The interactivity helps make the content "stick." I used simple quizzes and Storyline "plug ins" for Articulate Rise.
